As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in numerous hotels during my journeys. During my recent trip to Mirissa, I had the opportunity to stay at Sun Ocean Inn. Although my experience was not entirely positive, there were a couple of advantages worth mentioning. Situated just 25 km away from Koggala, it was easy for me to reach the hotel and continue my travels without any hassle. the database provided accurate information regarding the number of rooms available at the hotel. I booked two rooms and was pleased to find that there were indeed four rooms on-site, ensuring that my group had sufficient accommodation.

There was one minor issue that I would like to highlight from the database. The photographs depicted the rooms as having beach views, yet when I arrived, I was disappointed to discover that the rooms overlooked a concrete wall.

We highly recommend this place for a visit to Mirissa. Cons: Everything was spot on! 👌.

Loved the rooftop restaurant with a hammock, felt like I was on a vacation within my vacation. , the property offered luggage storage, which saved me from lugging around heavy bags.

The rooms at Sun Ocean Inn Mirissa were incredible! I stayed in a fan-cooled room with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. The private bathroom had a bath or shower and they even provided free toiletries. The room had both air conditioning and a fan, so I could choose my preferred temperature. The work desk was a bonus and made it easy for me to catch up on emails and plan my next adventures. I felt so comfortable and relaxed in the room, making my stay memorable.

If I had to find one con, it would be that the room had air conditioning. But as a fan person, some might still enjoy it.
